Our state of the art production facilities are fantastic assets for producing your orders, but it is only as good as the management and production staff that run the facility 24/6. We manage and run our facilities around the clock every day except Saturday for most of the year. November and December workloads generally move us to operating a full 24/7. This schedule enables us to maintain tight production schedules, delivering your orders more quickly, and giving you a competitive edge in your market.
Many in our production management staff have been with WHCC since the first years of our digital transition and are responsible for defining and creating the success we have enjoyed in serving our clients in such an excellent fashion. During the peak season in 2009, we employed around 400 staff members between all of our locations.
Our processes are well refined and focused on excellent digital photographic and press production, allowing new staff members to be trained and brought up to speed very quickly. Our culture is one of growth, and fueling that growth is the most efficient, productive, and intelligent staff in the industry.
