Product Tip: Magnet Holiday Card

We frequently hear photographers say that they wait to order their own personal Holiday cards until all of their client orders are complete. So we wanted to give you a unique idea for a holiday card this year - a press printed magnet! Not only will the custom magnet send your holiday greetings, but it can also serve as a constant reminder of your photography services while stuck on hundreds of fridges! Of course make sure to include your logo and website or blog information so you can be contacted for the next appointment! Also try adding a 2012 Calendar to the magnet so it can be left up year round!

Product Tip: Stickers for Return Address Labels

Our press printed stickers have so many uses at this time of year! Make sure your clients have custom envelopes for their holiday cards by designing a sticker as a return address label. A sticker is many steps up from just a plain printed return address on an envelope because it can be customized to match the card inside as well as contain an image, be in color and be cut in one of our Boutique Card shapes! Starting at only $12 for 50 stickers, your client will love that all they need to do is stick a custom sticker on their envelope and they're set!

Stickers can also be used as custom gift tags for holiday gifts and for packaging and gift wrapping.

Important Tips for Ordering Press Printed Cards

• Press Printed Card Quantities: Press Printed Cards are ordered in packs of 25. Use the quantity box under Size Options-Style and Quantity of Cards in the lower left panel of ROES to order multiple identical packs of 25 cards. If you want 50 cards, you will order a quantity of 2 in ROES.
• Review Your Order in ROES: When placing your order in ROES, please be sure to look over all of the items you've ordered in the Review Order Screen before you actually place the order. Make sure you've ordered the correct paper type, the correct size, and the correct quantity. Also, check the cost of the order. Make sure it is what you're expecting to pay for the order. Lastly, please remember that our Press Printed Cards come in sets of 25 cards - 25 cards equals a quantity of 1, 50 cards a quantity of 2, 75 cards a quantity of 3, etc.
• Only ONE Card Design per Order: Only one card design can be ordered at a time. If you add more than one card design to an order, you'll receive an error at the end and you'll have to remove the extra card designs and go through the ordering process for each one again.
• Sizing Files: It is best to have your files sized correctly for the product that you are ordering. Please use our sizing templates for all press products including cards, books and albums and follow the directions in our Preparing Files for Press Printed Products PDF.

Holiday Shipping and Turnaround Time

It's December and there are only a few weeks left until the holidays! Here are some shipping and turnaround time reminders to make this holiday season as smooth as possible!

• Turnaround Time: Keep in mind our published turnaround times, and track your orders online or using our iPhone App. During these next few weeks, leave some extra time for any possible minor delays and place your orders as soon as possible to guarantee delivery by Christmas. We do not have any cut-off dates for orders shipping to the United States and all orders placed on or before December 23rd can be delivered on December 24th or before with expedited shipping. Please note that December 24th this year is a Saturday and will require a Saturday upgrade to arrive on that day. Orders shipped to Canada by UPS and other international destinations served by the postal service will need to allow more time for shipping.
• Shipping Upgrades and Rushes: Please note that adding overnight shipping does not guarantee your order will ship the same day. It only expedites the shipping method once the order is complete. A 50% rush may be available if you need to expedite the turnaround time of the order through the lab. Contact Customer Service if you would like a 50% Rush, which will be a charge equal to 50% of your order cost.
• Holiday Shipping Guidelines 2011: Visit our Holiday 2011 Guidelines page for a complete breakdown of when to place specific order types in order to receive them by Christmas, December 25th. Also listed is the WHCC and UPS Holiday Schedule by date. Easily see when WHCC will be closed for the Holidays and note UPS's pick-up and delivery schedule around the Holidays. We also have sections related to orders shipping to Canada via UPS as well as those shipping Internationally by the USPS.

Combo Covers for Press Printed Albums

Love the look and feel of a leather or fabric cover album, but miss the customization and design options of a custom photo cover? Get a new Combo Cover that combines both!

Our new Combo Cover option for Press Printed Albums lets you combine any of our many fabric and leather cover options along with any of our custom photo cover options including lustre or metallic photo paper or fine art or metallic canvas. Select a custom photo for the front of the album cover and allow the leather or fabric to wrap around the spine and the entire back of the album cover. Or, select a custom photo for both the front and back of the album cover allowing the leather or fabric to be an accent along the spine. The leather or fabric of a Combo Cover is stitched to the Custom Photo so you can choose between white or black stitching to complete the Combo Cover look.

Combo Covers are available for all sizes and configurations of Press Printed Albums in ROES. Make sure to click on the Combo Cover picture within the info tab of the Press Printed Album ROES catalog for directions on how to order a Combo Cover.
