All shipping and delivery options from WHCC are listed below. Please note each section is relevant to the address where your order is being shipped. If you are having an order shipped directly to your client, the location of your client is what determines the shipping expense. If your order is being shipped back to your studio or address, then your location is what determines shipping expense.
Unless otherwise noted, all orders for delivery in the contiguous 48 states and District of Columbia are shipped by UPS for delivery in two business days for no additional cost. If the product you are ordering only includes free UPS ground shipping, an upgrade to UPS Two Day Air is available for a 15% surcharge. Complete information on the shipping service level included with the product is available in ROES before completing your order.
Overnight upgrades are an additional $3 plus 12% of order cost for Saver (delivery with your normal UPS shipment) or an additional $6 plus 18% for morning overnight delivery. Overnight Saver is not available in all areas and you will be billed for morning overnight in this case. Saturday delivery is available for $15 and requires the purchase of morning overnight delivery.
If you are having your order shipped to any address in the contiguous US other than the address on file for your account, you will be charged a drop ship fee of $7.50. The entire order must be drop shipped as we cannot split orders and ship to more than one address. This basic drop ship is for the lowest cost shipping service, which will be UPS Basic or UPS Ground. Your invoice will not be included in the drop shipped package and no mention of WHCC will appear anywhere on the box or paperwork. A drop ship by UPS Two Day Air shipping is $9.50. Overnight shipping is available for $7.50 plus the applicable overnight shipping charges listed under Shipping upgrades and expedited shipping.
To offset additional expense with shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, we have a $5 for Alaska and $6 for Hawaii per order surcharge that will be applied to every order.

To offset additional expense, we have a 10% surcharge that is applied to all orders shipping to a province in Canada. Shipping to all provinces in Canada is done by UPS Standard. For shipping to the Canadian Territories, see the section below. UPS Standard is a day definite delivery service that will arrive to many addresses in Canada in 2-5 business days after shipping. We will collect the required GST or HST depending on the destination province, which will show up on your email confirmation and invoice as sales tax. WHCC is the importer of the packages, so you will not be billed any taxes or fees when the package is delivered.
We only offer shipments to Canada by UPS Standard. No other shipment methods are available.
If you are having your order shipped to a Canadian address other than the address on file for your account, you will be charged a drop ship fee of $7.50. The entire order must be drop shipped as we cannot split orders and ship to more than one address. This basic drop ship is just the fee for handling the drop shipment, you will also be charged the 10% surcharge for all orders shipping to Canada. Your invoice will not be included in the drop shipped package. Customs paperwork and invoices for shipments to Canada by UPS are transmitted electronically, so there will be nothing on the package that will let the recipient know the value of the shipment.
Shipping outside the United States and the provinces of Canada is available by Priority Mail International and/or Express Mail International by the US Postal Service. This includes the Canadian territories Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon Territories. Priority Mail International has a service time of 6-10 days, and Express Mail International 3-5 days. Both services offer online tracking. You will be charged the actual postage expense on an additional invoice. We will try to get as many orders in a single box as possible to mitigate shipping expense, but we ship these packages every day and cannot hold orders over from one shipping day to the next. Please be aware there are size and weight limitations on USPS shipments, please contact us with any questions regarding these shipments. Under no circumstances is WHCC responsible for postage or freight on international shipments. You can use the USPS postage calculator to get estimates on postage expense.

Shipments to APO or FPO addresses are shipped by USPS Priority Mail at no additional cost. Please be aware there are size and weight limitations on APO/FPO shipments. Please contact us with any questions regarding these shipments. Delivery times will be longer for shipments to APO/FPO boxes.
Shipping upgrades are not available for APO/FPO addresses.
