ROES is a popular, cross-platform ordering solution for professional photographers that can now be used to send orders to WHCC. You can currently send orders for our most popular photographic products, including Fine Art Prints and Gallery Wraps, while the rest of our photographic product line will be added during the spring and summer of 2006.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does ROES replace Labprints? Or Thrifty Output?
No. Both Labprints and ROES will coexist along with our Thrifty Print size folders and FTP upload order system. ROES is simply another option for studios who wish to use it. The ROES client gives us more flexbility which will allow us to have more of our product line available within the software.

arrow What products will I be able to order through ROES?
We are currently offer the following products through ROES: Thrifty Prints, Photographic Greeting Cards, Fine Art Prints including Gallery Wraps, Proofing, Album Prints and Competition Prints. Orders are still subject to in place restrictions and minimum orders. You won't be able to combine proofing with other orders, and Album Print orders will be subject to the 12 spread minimum for the price break.

arrow Will it run on my Mac?
Yes, the ROES client is written in Java and will run on Mac, Windows or Linux.

arrow How much does the software cost?
The software is free to use as a WHCC client.

Main Ordering Window

Sizes and Services are on the left, the unit you are working on in the middle, and a folder of image thumbnails on the right. All the panes can be resized by dragging on the bar seperating them. The image thumbnails can be made smaller or larger to show as many or few images as you wish.

To order, you click on a size, and then drag an image from the right into the middle. The layout can be rotated 90 degrees, and the image can be rotated in 1 degree increments. You can zoom in to crop the image with the slider in the middle. You click 'Add to Order' to add that unit to your order.

Gallery Wraps

Ordering a Gallery Wrap has never been easier. The ROES software overlays a template showing you where the image will wrap around the edges. You do not need to be concerned with the actual canvas size, only the final size of the frame and face of the Gallery Wrap.

Order Review

The order review and confirmation shows you thumbnails of the units you ordered, along with any finishing services you added. The total order cost per item including finishing services is shown. You then click 'Complete Order' and you can select 'Send Now over the Internet' and the order is put together and sent to us immediately. You can also queue the orders up and upload multiple orders at one time.

Bulk Ordering

By selecting a size on the left, and dragging multiple images from the right onto that product, you can order 1 each of every selected image very quickly. This is perfect for ordering proofing.
