Click “Share” to open the proof link in a new tab. - For a [Gallery Wall](https://www.whcc.com/designs/gallery-walls.md), the proof link will include the full arrangement. - For a [multi-product group](https://www.whcc.com/help/studio-projects/multi-product-ordering.md), you can share the group as a whole or share individual products within it. ### From a Studio Project Navigate to a [project](https://www.whcc.com/studio/projects/) and go to the products tab. Each product card includes an overflow menu (⋯) with a “Share” button. Selecting a product card will open its Product Detail Page, where you can also access the share proof button. ### In the Designer While working in the designer, look for the “Share Proof” icon button in the top menu bar (it looks like a paper airplane). Clicking it opens the proof link in a new tab. ## How to Use a Proof Link To share a product proof, simply copy the proof link and send it to your client via email, text, or any other communication method you prefer. The product previews on the proof link will stay up to date with any changes you make to the original product and are presented with a minimal, unbranded display. ## FAQs **If I edit the product after sharing a proof link, will my client see the updates?** Yes. The proof link always shows the latest saved state of the product. You don't need to send a new link after making edits — your client will see the updated version automatically the next time they open it. **Does sharing a proof place an order?** No. Sharing a proof does not affect your cart or place an order. You'll still go through the normal checkout process when you're ready. Proof sharing is available for all product types when you create and order them online, including [prints](https://www.whcc.com/products/prints.md), [cards](https://www.whcc.com/designs/cards.md), [albums](https://www.whcc.com/products/albums-books.md), [wall art](https://www.whcc.com/products/wall-art.md), [tabletop displays](https://www.whcc.com/products/tabletop-displays.md), and more. **Can my client approve or leave comments on the proof page?** No, the proof page is a view-only resource.
