Weekend Customer Service Hours

The WHCC Customer Service Staff has extended hours for December! Monday through Friday our staff is available 8:00am - 7:00pm CST. All Saturdays and Sundays leading up to Christmas (December 11-12 & 18-19), the Customer Service Staff will also be available by phone and email. Saturday hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm CST and Sunday hours are Noon to 5:00pm CST.

Just a reminder, we do not have any cut-off dates for orders shipping to the United States and all orders placed on or before December 23rd can be delivered on December 24th or before with expedited shipping! If you have any questions about turnaround or shipping time on a product don't hesitate to call or email customer service.

Press Printed Greeting Cards

Press Printed Cards

There's still time for holiday cards this year! Press Printed Greeting Cards continue to ship in 1-2 days even at the busiest time of the year! Place orders for your clients who ordered at the last minute or get your own studio or personal holiday cards done with plenty of time to mail before the holidays.

Our Press Printed Greeting Card line includes five different papers and all of the card sizes and configurations you need to offer a profitable and flexible greeting card product line. Starting at quantities as low as 25, all prices include free two day shipping back to you and free envelopes.

Looking for eco-friendly cards this year? As an FSC certified printer we are proud to have two FSC certified options both containing recycled content. Art Recycled is a FSC certified paper made from 100% post-consumer waste and Standard Semi-Gloss is FSC certified and contains 50% recycled content (40% pre-consumer and 10% post-consumer). Our Art Recycled and Standard Semi-Gloss papers can be ordered with any of our press printed card products.

Press Printed Books and Albums

Press Printed Book

Many of our competitors holiday cut-offs for Books and Albums have come and gone long ago, but there is still plenty of time to order and receive a WHCC Press Printed Book or Album in time for the holidays!

Books and Albums ship out in 2-3 days even at our busiest time of the year! With the variety of paper and cover options for our Press Printed Books and Albums, including our new Satin with Lustre Coating paper which looks and feels like photo paper, we're sure to have a book or album that fits your needs and budget. All Books and Albums are available in our very popular custom photo covers as well as our full line of fabric and leather cover options. Books are available with magazine style text paper or hinged paper that lays flat in semi-gloss, pearl with UV coating and satin with lustre coating. Press Printed Books do have a middle gutter that separates the pages or spreads with a slight gap. Albums are all made with full panoramic spreads in Art Watercolor, Art Linen, Art Recycled, Pearl UV coated, or Satin UV or lustre coated papers. With full spreads you don't have any gutter to worry about when putting your design together!

Accordion Mini Books are a great holiday gift or stocking stuffer for both you and your clients! Your clients will love carrying them around showing off your work to all of their friends! Accordion Mini Books only take 1-2 days in house and you'll have them back before you know it!

Accordion Mini Books are available in Wallet and Square sizes on all five of our Press Papers with custom photo covers or one of our many fabrics and leathers. Mini Books include magnets to hold them closed or hold them on the fridge for the whole family to enjoy. Optional frosted slip covers protect the book and hold it tight while it bounces around in a bag or purse. The minimum order is 3 identical books. So give 2 to your client, 1 for their fridge and 1 for them to carry around, and keep a sample to show all your other clients when they come in to order!

Another great holiday gift for you or your clients! Bound Proofs make perfect brag books and are another option to easily carry and show off your photography!

Available in 3.5x5, 4x5, 4x6, 5x5 and 5x7 sizes on lustre photographic paper with either a clear or frosted cover, this book is inexpensive and simple to order. Just order all your prints as proofs in the order you want bound and check the binding option on the review order screen in ROES!

WHCC App for iPhone

Perfect for the hectic holiday season, you can keep track of the status of all your WHCC orders from wherever you are! Easily login and see where your orders are, how much they cost and tracking numbers for orders that are shipped. Have a question with an order? Use the support request panel to ask us a question and even attach a photo from your built in camera.

WHCC App Features:

  • Login and see all of your orders at a glance. You can scroll back as far as you'd like.
  • Filter the order list by order number and order reference.
  • Select an order and view the detailed tracking status as your order is received, produced and invoiced. You can also see the cost of each item on the order.
  • Click through to the UPS and USPS websites to view package tracking status and estimated delivery dates for shipped orders.
  • Ask us a support question right through the app, including attaching an existing photo or taking a photo with your iPhone's camera.
  • If you'd rather talk on the phone, you can see our customer service hours and call us directly from the app.
  • View WHCC addresses and load all three locations into Maps if you need to visit one of our locations in Minnesota, Texas or California.
  • See Featured Products to stay on top of all the cool new products we release.

We are aware of many requests for an Android version of our app. We are currently evaluating options for supporting our clients with Android devices. You can of course still access our client website to track orders today from any mobile device with a web browser.

 
 

Holiday Tips and Reminders

It's December and there are only a few weeks left until the holidays! Here are some tips and reminders to make this holiday season as smooth as possible!

  • Turnaround Time: Keep in mind our published turnaround times, and track your orders online or using our iPhone App. During these next few weeks, leave some extra time for any possible minor delays and place your orders as soon as possible to guarantee delivery by Christmas. We do not have any cut-off dates for orders shipping to the United States and all orders placed on or before December 23rd can be delivered on December 24th or before with expedited shipping. Orders shipped to Canada by UPS and other international destinations served by the postal service will need to allow more time for shipping.
  • Shipping Upgrades and Rushes: Please note that adding overnight shipping does not guarantee your order will ship the same day. It only expedites the shipping method once the order is complete. A 100% rush may be available if you need to expedite the turnaround time of the order through the lab. Contact Customer Service if you would like a 100% Rush, which will double your order cost.
  • Order Instructions: Putting any instructions or notes on your order will delay it by at least one day as it will be sent to Customer Service to review your instructions or notes. Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to expedite your order, contact Customer Service. Do not try to expedite your order through instructions on your order. This will only slow your order down and your instruction may get missed. Only pertinent information to your order should be put in the instructions such as trimming instructions.
  • Press Printed Card Quantities: Press Printed Cards are ordered in packs of 25. Use the quantity box under Size Options-Style and Quantity of Cards in the lower left panel of ROES to order multiple identical packs of 25 cards. If you want 50 cards, you will order a quantity of 2 in ROES.
  • Press Printed Cards and Full Spreads: When submitting a full spread, be sure to click "One Image, Spread over Crease" under size options in the lower left panel of ROES. If this option is not selected, only half of your image will print. Always check the thumbnail on the review order screen to make sure you have filled in all surfaces you want printed and that all files are in the correct openings.
  • Press Printed Cards and Safe Lines: The Safe Line in ROES is not the cut line for the cards. The cut happens between the Safe Line and the edge of the file. Anything inside the Safe Line will print on your card. Anything outside the Safe Line may or may not print on your card. Keep this in mind if a border is put on the outside of the Safe Line - it may arrive to you uneven and only printed on some sides.
  • Photographic Greeting Cards (one sided photographic print with an envelope): We strongly recommend separating one sided photo card orders from normal print orders. Orders with both Photographic Greeting Cards and normal prints are scheduled for an extra day in process. If you separate these orders, you should get them both back a day earlier than submitting them together.
  • Addresses and Credit Cards: If you haven't placed an order with us in a while, make sure you have your most current shipping address on file with us before you place your order. Also remember to keep your credit card information current so your orders are not delayed! You can update your shipping address and credit card information by logging in to our client website. Log in with your user name and password. On the left side of the screen is a link for "Account Info". Click there and you are able to update your address and your credit card under the Payment Terms section.
  • Review order in ROES: When placing your order in ROES, please be sure to look over all of the items you've ordered in the Review Order Screen before you actually place the order. Make sure you've ordered the correct paper type, the correct finishing services, and the correct quantities. Also check the cost of the order. Make sure it is what you're expecting to pay for the order. Lastly, please remember that our Press Printed Cards come in sets of 25 cards. So if you need 50 cards, you would order a quantity of 2.
  • Drop Shipping an Order: First select the appropriate drop ship method for a USA, Canada or International drop ship. Next, fill out the drop ship address. It is extremely important to fill out the drop ship address fields correctly within the appropriate box. Failure to complete the address correctly can result in the order being delayed and not delivered on the date expected.
