**File Prep & Templates**

**Accepted Files**
Prepare your work for printing by saving high-quality JPEG files with an embedded color profile.

- Export files tagged with an RGB Color Profile—P3, Adobe RGB, and sRGB are all great options.
- We recommend saving your files at a JPEG quality of 10 or higher in Photoshop, 90% in Lightroom, or the equivalent in your editing tool.
- Most products are printed at 300 DPI, and we’ll automatically resize your files for printing. For more precise control, you can resize your files and apply any sharpening before submitting.

**Sizing Templates**
Be sure to use our sizing templates when preparing your custom design order. Each PSD template includes a layer of guides to ensure your cards arrive as expected following trimming. **Foil Design Notes**

- For best results, place foil design over a flat color or image. Incorporating a copy of the foil into a printed design does not guarantee the desired appearance as the stamp may shift in process.
- Due to the use of heat and pressure to apply the foil, a slight indentation may come through to the back of the card. Printing dark colors on the back of the card opposite the foil may further accentuate indentation.
- Please note select paper types give a different appearance to the foil.

- Upgrade your envelopes for $0.20 per card
- 5×7 size currently available with nine color options—White, Kraft, Gray Cloud, Dusty Roes, Misty Blue, Navy, Black, Forest Green, & Crimson Red.

**Envelope Printing**

Add return address printing, recipient address printing, and pre-made designs to our 5×7" envelopes. Recipient address printing is only available for orders placed online.

**Return Address Printing**

- Orders of 25-120 cards: $0.23 per card
- Orders of 125+ cards: $0.15 per card

**Return & Recipient Address Printing**

- Orders of 25-120 cards: $0.38 per card
- Orders of 125+ cards: $0.30 per card

**25 Card Minimum Order**

After the 25 card minimum, cards are sold in increments of 5 online and 25 when ordered in ROES.

**One Design Per Order**

When ordering via ROES, we can only accept one design per order. If you would like multiple designs, please place individual orders for each design.

**Drop Ship to Your Client**

Deliver orders directly to your clients with our drop shipping service. No invoice will be included, and there is no mention of WHCC anywhere on the box or paperwork.

**What kind of printers do you use for press printed products?**

We HP Indigo 7k digital presses. The HP Indigo uses real liquid ink with an offset look and feel comparable to photo quality.

**My quantity always says 1. How do I order multiple packs of cards in ROES?**

The number of sets of 25 cards should be ordered on the lower left side in ROES where you order the paper type. The quantity box located in the center of ROES should always read 1. The quantity on your “Review Order” screen will also read 1. The “Applied Options” column is where it will list how many sets you want within a paper type along with the total price.

**Is the Safe Line where my cards will be cut?**

No. Anything inside the Safe Line will be on your final printed product, however, this guide does not work both ways. Just because it is not within the Safe Line does not mean it won't appear on your card. Extra borders or unwanted items that are visible in ROES but outside the Safe Line could still be in the final product.

**Do you have sizing templates for press printed products?**

Yes. We have a set of Photoshop files that are set up for the exact sizes needed for designing Press Printed Products. They have guides preset on them to show where the Safe Line is so there shouldn't be any surprises when images are put into ROES to actually order the card. All of our Press Printed Products are printed as "full bleed" products. This means the final trimmed product can be printed all the way to the edges with no margins. All files must have a ⅛" bleed all the way around the trim sides.

**Will the Post Office require extra postage for 5×5" cards if they are mailed in a 5×5" envelope?**

Yes. Keep in mind when ordering a square product with a square envelope, that the Post Office will require an extra cost. We do offer the option to order 5×7" envelopes for 5×5" flat, folded, and trifold cards to avoid this square postage cost.
