Prepare your work for printing by saving high-quality JPEG files with an embedded color profile.

- Export files tagged with an RGB Color Profile—P3, Adobe RGB, and sRGB are all great options.
- We recommend saving your files at a JPEG quality of 10 or higher in Photoshop, 90% in Lightroom, or the equivalent in your editing tool.
- Most products are printed at 300 DPI, and we’ll automatically resize your files for printing. For more precise control, you can resize your files and apply any sharpening before submitting.

**One Design Per Order**

When ordering via ROES, we can only accept one design per order. If you would like multiple designs, please place individual orders for each design.

## Have Questions? We Have Answers

We’ve got you covered with answers to the most common questions.

**What kind of printers do you use for press printed products?**

We HP Indigo 7k digital presses. The HP Indigo uses real liquid ink with an offset look and feel comparable to photo quality.

**My quantity always says 1. How do I order multiple packs of cards in ROES?**

The number of sets of 25 cards should be ordered on the lower left side in ROES where you order the paper type. The quantity box located in the center of ROES should always read 1. The quantity on your “Review Order” screen will also read 1. The “Applied Options” column is where it will list how many sets you want within a paper type along with the total price.

**Do you have sizing templates for press printed products?**

Yes. We have a set of Photoshop files that are set up for the exact sizes needed for designing Press Printed Products. They have guides preset on them to show where the Safe Line is so there shouldn't be any surprises when images are put into ROES to actually order the card. All of our Press Printed Products are printed as "full bleed" products. This means the final trimmed product can be printed all the way to the edges with no margins. All files must have a ⅛" bleed all the way around the trim sides.

**Is the Safe Line where my cards will be cut?**

No. Anything inside the Safe Line will be on your final printed product, however, this guide does not work both ways. Just because it is not within the Safe Line does not mean it won't appear on your card. Extra borders or unwanted items that are visible in ROES but outside the Safe Line could still be in the final product.
