White House Custom Colour (WHCC) in Eagan, MN is currently seeking a full-time Accounting Specialist to work in this extremely versatile, fast paced position. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a small but very dynamic team. 

We are the leading provider of printed products to professional photographers in the US.  WHCC is a family-owned business and we understand the importance of work/life balance.  We strive to do our best in making all processes as effective and efficient as possible.  We work hard and have fun.  At WHCC, everything we do is done with integrity. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Tracks and processes Accounts Receivable collections
  • Researches and resolves customer issues
  • Maintains account/payment reconciliations and chargebacks
  • Prepares weekly & bi-weekly management reports
  • Monitors recurring vendor payments to assist in the monthly accrual process
  • Prepares month end and quarterly journal entries with adequate support / documentation
  • Prepares account reconciliations
  • Assists in the annual audit process with external auditors, including preparing audit schedules
  • Performs special projects as assigned

Requirements for this position are:

  • Associates degree or certificate in Accounting required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field preferred
  • 1-2 plus years bookkeeping or accounting experience required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Computer proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Experience working with Great Plains preferred
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines

What You'll Do

This is an iOS engineer position responsible for developing apps for iOS devices. You will be responsible for architecting new features and enhancements across current and future projects. You'll be working with a smart, diverse team who is passionate about technology.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage architecture and engineering of iOS projects, including new features, product updates, and new product ideation/prototyping
  • Work hands-on with designers to quickly prototype interactions and perfect them until they are ready to ship
  • Work closely with other developers and management to define both technical and business requirements

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of programming experience
  • 2+ years of iOS experience
  • Expert understanding of Objective-C, Cocoa, and Cocoa Touch

What You Will Do

This is a Javascript Engineer position. You will be responsible for building and maintaining Javascript + HTML/CSS for user-facing products. We create a wide variety of physical products. You will help build the tools that enable people around the world to understand and order them.

Responsibilities

  • Develop front end code focused on providing a world-class user experience
  • Work closely with designers, other developers, and managers to determine product scope, interactions, and features
  • Integrate with front end + back end code written by other developers
  • Build modular code + frameworks with future use and maintainability in mind.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of web development experience 
  • Experience writing JavaScript that is object-oriented and extensible

Eagan, MN – Light Industrial Production - Seasonal

We are currently seeking seasonal team members who are looking to gain experience in equipment set-up, equipment operation, and product packaging/labeling.  Job duties could vary from coating & laminating, small die set-up, fine art frame cutting & building, using a belt sander, and packaging/labeling of finished goods. 

We have both day and evening shifts available, i.e., AM Shift (9 AM - 5:30 PM) or PM Shift (1 PM - 9:30 PM).  These are seasonal, full-time positions starting at $12/hr. with the possibility of regular full-time employment based on overall performance through December of 2016.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist production staff in producing products free from defects,
  • Ability to stay on task and complete work in a timely manner,
  • Capable of troubleshooting and problem solving issues as they arise, and
  • Help ensure that working environment is clean and safe for everyone.

Requirements:
