Integrated Partner Orders
Problems or questions with an order submitted via a partner gallery?
Most orders placed through our integrated partners will not show up on your WHCC account. These orders are submitted to the partner company and then placed to us via their own account. We have very limited access to the information for these orders and we are not able to make any changes or cancellations from our end.
- Any questions or concerns with an order submitted through an integrated partner gallery should be directed to that partner company.
- Any questions about their ordering process should be directed there as well as we do not have access to their software.
