Shipping back to you (Studio Shipping)

• Available by FedEx International Connect Plus (ICP) within 3–8 days
• Tracking included
• 100% of actual FedEx costs will be charged on an additional invoice

Shipping direct to your client (Drop Shipping)

• Shipping your order to an address other than the address on file for your account is called drop shipping and is available for $7.95 per order plus 100% of the postage expense
• No invoice will be included in the package
• Customs information is transmitted electronically for most countries and is generally not visible on the package, though the recipient may see the shipment value if customs relays it to them when duties are collected at or before delivery
• Please note that only United States and Canadian shipping addresses are currently supported when drop shipping your order online via our website. ROES ordering supports additional countries.

Restrictions

• We will try to get as many orders in a single box as possible to mitigate shipping expenses, but we ship these packages every day and cannot hold orders over from one shipping day to the next
• Please be aware there are size and weight limitations on FedEx shipments, please contact us with any questions.
• The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country. These are not included in shipping costs and are collected by the carrier or customs authority upon delivery.
• Under no circumstances is WHCC responsible for postage or freight on international shipments.
