Pick up an order in Eagan
Need to pick up your order in person? We can handle a limited number of pick ups at our main lab in Eagan
We can handle a limited number of prearranged pickup orders each day. Local pick up availability is to help photographers with time-sensitive delivery needs. We do not have a retail counter or support walk-in orders. We cannot mark an account to always be set to pick up.
Picking up your order
All pickups must be prearranged and occur at our main facility at 2840 Lone Oak Parkway, Eagan, MN 55121. You will recieve an email when your order is ready to be picked up. Please do not plan on picking up your order until you have received this email.
Orders are available for pick up during customer service hours 9:00a-5:00p Monday to Friday. The visitor's entrance is to the left when you enter the parking lot.
The exterior lobby door locks automatically each day, so it's important to arrive before 5 PM.
What do I do once I've arrived?
There is an iPad in the main lobby where you will sign in to let us know you have arrived. After entering your name please include your studio name, account number, or order number in the Your Company or Studio section. This allows us to find your order and bring it out as quickly as possible.
It is likely that after signing in you will be waiting while we locate the order for you. The customer service team who handles phones, emails, and chats is who handles these requests, so it may be several minutes until a staff member is available. Grab a seat and a lollipop and relax!
Place an order for pick up
When placing an order you'd like to mark for pick up, please use the Special Instructions during checout to request a pick up. This will redirect your order before we start production and we will confirm we have marked your order for pick up.
When your order is completed, you will receive an email letting you know your order is ready to be picked up. Please do not attempt to pick up orders until you receive the ready for pick up email.
Change an order to pick up
Contact Customer Service as soon as possible if you want to change an existing order to pick up. Order production, packaging, and shipping can occur outside our customer service hours and its very possible an order can be completed and shipped before a request to change to pick up can be handled.
