Accepted Files
Prepare your work for printing by saving high-quality JPEG files with an embedded color profile.
- Export files tagged with an RGB Color Profile—P3, Adobe RGB, and sRGB are all great options.
- We recommend saving your files at a JPEG quality of 10 or higher in Photoshop, 90% in Lightroom, or the equivalent in your editing tool.
- Most products are printed at 300 DPI, and we’ll automatically resize your files for printing. For more precise control, you can resize your files and apply any sharpening before submitting.

Features of a Retail Ready Print
Once your order is placed, we individually package each Retail Ready Print to include:
- Professional Print: Each image is printed on your choice of Photo or Fine Art paper.
- Chipboard Backer: The rigid backer is sized slightly larger than the print to shield the edges and corners from damage during handling. The front surface of the chipboard that sits behind your print is white, while the back is natural kraft.
- Protective Clear Bag: The print and backer are stacked and sealed in a clear bag with a resealable closure.

The backer is a rigid two-sided chipboard sized slightly larger than the print to protect the edges and corners. It's finished white on the side facing your print and natural kraft on the back, so the packaging looks clean and considered whether a customer is viewing the print or flipping it over.
