Matching ornaments and Designer Acrylic Blocks use the same designs, so one session becomes a holiday suite. Collaboration covers them too, so a client's whole order lives in one project.

Bring your clients into the design, as much or as little as you like
Cards are personal. Names, dates, the photo they love most, the greeting that sounds like them. Instead of trading emails over every detail, share the design and let your client weigh in where it helps.
You decide how hands-on they are. Send a finished proof to approve, a Payment Link so they can pay, a share link so they can design it themselves, or point them to your online gallery to order on their own. Pick one workflow for every client, or mix them session by session.

Send a proof for a quick yes
Design the card yourself, then choose Share from the card's menu. Your client gets a clean, unbranded link showing the front, back and envelope, with no pricing. When they approve, collect payment your usual way and place the order.
Get Paid
Send one link. They pay, we ship.
Click Create Payment Link on any card, set your price, and text it to your client. They check out on their phone, and we drop-ship the cards in an unbranded box with your studio name on it.

Send a project share link and your client edits the designs you started, or picks their own from the library, on any screen. Every change saves back to your project, and nothing gets ordered until you say so. Works with 5×7 flat and folded cards.
Step 1
Start a project for each client
Create a Studio Project, add the session's photos, and start a few card designs for them. Ornaments and Designer Acrylic Blocks can go in the same project.
Step 2
Choose what they can do
Click Share Designs and pick a workflow. Let clients edit only the designs you started, or turn on choose their own designs to customize so they can browse the full library too. Then copy the link and send it by email or text.
Step 3
Your client designs on any screen
They see a clean, unbranded page with your project and studio name. They can swap photos and edit names, dates and greetings on 5×7 flat and folded cards, ornaments and Designer Acrylic Blocks. Every change saves back to your project.
Step 4
You review and place the order
When they tell you they're happy, open the project, make any final tweaks, and order. Ship to your studio, drop-ship to the client, or send a Payment Link so they pay and the order places itself.

Card Designer FAQs
Yes. The proof link always shows the latest saved state of the product. You don't need to send a new link after making edits — your client will see the updated version automatically the next time they open it.
No. Sharing a proof does not affect your cart or place an order. You'll still go through the normal checkout process when you're ready.
If you have a product that is order-ready and want to share a link that lets customers place an order directly, check out Payment Links. Or if you would like your clients to be able to create and order their own products, one of our Integrated Partner client galleries may be a good fit.
No, the proof page is a view-only resource. Your client's feedback comes back to you through your normal communication channel (email, text, etc.), and you make any needed changes on your end.
Click on Become a Client and fill out the short questionnaire. Your account is opened, and you will receive an email that contains a link to submit up to five 8×10" test files. We will print your files and ship the test prints back to you — all at no charge. The test prints are a great way to test your monitor calibration and view our printing quality.
