Sharing Product Proofs
Send an unbranded proof link for any product to your clients for review, enabling a smooth approval process.
Overview
Each product you create with our online designers includes a proof link that reflects the latest saved state of the product, so any edits you make will automatically be visible the next time your client opens it. The proof page and URL are unbranded, so they do not display any reference to WHCC.
How to Access Proof Links
Product proof links are available via “Share” buttons, which can be accessed at several points across your workflow.
From Your Cart
Each item in your cart has a row of action buttons beneath its product details. Click “Share” to open the proof link in a new tab.
- For a Gallery Wall, the proof link will include the full arrangement.
- For a multi-product group, you can share the group as a whole or share individual products within it.
From a Studio Project
Navigate to a project and go to the products tab. Each product card includes an overflow menu (⋯) with a “Share” button. Selecting a product card will open its Product Detail Page, where you can also access the share proof button.
In the Designer
While working in the designer, look for the “Share Proof” icon button in the top menu bar (it looks like a paper airplane). Clicking it opens the proof link in a new tab.
How to Use a Proof Link
To share a product proof, simply copy the proof link and send it to your client via email, text, or any other communication method you prefer. The product previews on the proof link will stay up to date with any changes you make to the original product and are presented with a minimal, unbranded display.

Yes. The proof link always shows the latest saved state of the product. You don't need to send a new link after making edits — your client will see the updated version automatically the next time they open it.
No. Sharing a proof does not affect your cart or place an order. You'll still go through the normal checkout process when you're ready.

Yes. Proof sharing is available for all product types when you create and order them online, including prints, cards, albums, wall art, tabletop displays, and more.
No, the proof page is a view-only resource. Your client's feedback comes back to you through your normal communication channel (email, text, etc.), and you make any needed changes on your end.
