How to Reorder Products

  1. Visit the order history page in your WHCC account.
  2. Locate the order you wish to reorder products from, then select it to expand the order information.
  3. From there, select the “View and Reorder Items” button to open the order summary page.
  4. On the order summary page, use the “Reorder” button next to the product you wish to reorder. This will create a new copy of the product and open the designer, where you can review the item and make any desired adjustments.
  5. When the product is ready to order, add it to your cart and proceed to checkout as usual. If you are looking to reorder multiple items, repeat the above steps for each product before placing your order.

This reordering process is only for products ordered online. For orders placed via ROES, you will need to recreate the product to place an additional order. You can still reference the order history to confirm key product option selections.
